Destemmed and cold soaked for 6 days with twice daily pump-overs. 6 day fermentation with a mix of deléstages, pump-overs and punchdowns for cap management. 12 day total maceration.
55% Malbec, 25% Petit Verdot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon
Aged for 23 months in 225L French oak barriques: 83% new, 17% neutral.
