Aromas of melon, white peach, apricot, and honeycomb. Undertones of fresh pine needles, wet stones and botanicals
Foot stomped and cold-soaked for 4 hours before being pressed to barrel for native ferment. Malolactic fermentation complete.
Aged for 15 months in 1 new oak barrique from the Allier forest in France.
