Tasting Notes
The brightly pitched nose offers aromas of strawberry, anise, coriander, and mulberry. The silky palate boasts flavors of red currant, cocoa powder, and chaparral as it leads to the elegant midpalate that is framed with fine grained tannins and an impressively long finish.
Production Notes
Destemmed and cold soaked for 6 days with daily pump-overs. 7-day fermentation with a mix of delestages, pump-overs and punchdowns for cap management. 13-day total maceration.

Aged for 22 months in 225L barriques:
28% new French oak, 14% new Hungarian oak, and 58% used french oak barrels.
