A brooding nose filled with black cherry, leather, crushed rocks, lavender, and tobacco leaf. The impressive mid-palate is filled with flavors of plum, dark chocolate, and hoisin that evolve into round tannins and a luxurious finish.

Production Notes
Destemmed and cold soaked for 7 days with daily pump-overs. 5-day fermentation with a mix of delestages, pump-overs and punchdowns for cap management. 12-day total maceration.
