Destemmed and cold soaked for 4 days with daily pump-overs. 7-day fermentation with a mix of delestages, pump-overs and punchdowns for cap management. 11-day total maceration.
67% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc
Aged for 22 months in 225L barriques: 11% new French oak, and 89% used oak barrels.
