Tasting Notes
Black cherry, cocoa powder, white pepper, and humidor explode from the glass on this spectacular Merlot-driven blend. Notes of raspberry, rolling tobacco, bay leaf, and worn leather dance on the palate. The finish is carried by round, yet still surprisingly silky tannins that are beautifully framed with salinity from the perfectly balanced natural acidity.

Production Notes
Destemmed and cold soaked for 5 days with daily pump-overs.
7-day fermentation with a mix of delestages, pump-overs and punchdowns for cap management.
