This summer sipper opens with rose petal, almond, Meyer lemon and coriander. The palate offers a mix of lively fruit flavors and herbaceous notes: grapefruit and wild strawberry intermingle with fennel pollen and dried sage. The finish somersaults with mouthwatering acidity as it lingers on the palate long after the wine is gone.
Foot stomped then whole cluster pressed into stainless steel barrels for fermentation.
